Cellphone use has two very negative effects:
First, we bend down over them with terrible posture. The weight of our head squeezes the vertebral discs into a wedge shape and causes neck pain. Our vital capacity (lung volume) is reduced and our belly organs are smashed together. Our blood pressure goes up and we get depressed = pressed down.
Second, when in use, they blast us with microwave radiation.

What can I do about it?
Concerning the posture problem, make a new habit: Bring your devices up to you instead of bringing yourself down to them. The simplest way to do this is to prop your elbow on the desk or on your belly or hip so your phone is out in front of your face.
But what about the microwave radiation?
When we were kids, Mom warned us not to stand in front of the microwave oven. Now we hold microwave broadcasting devices up to our heads! This is not a good idea!
You can and should use the speakerphone function and put the cellphone as far away as possible where you can still hear and see it.
But, it gets worse:
We are surrounded not only by cellphones but also by much more powerful WiFi routers and cell phone towers every day. You can’t get away from them.
So, what can you do?
You could live inside a grounded metal screen Faraday cage which shields you from all electromagnetic fields. That would work, but it’s not very practical.
Or, you can wear something which calms your body and prevents it from responding negatively to the electromagnetic fields around you. You can’t get away from them, but you can stop your body from freaking out energetically about them.
