Through his studies and internships with top rehabilitation and strength training experts, as well as functional medicine doctors, Sam Visnic has learned to integrate many performance and healing modalities into his practice with outstanding success.

Sam's practice, Integrated Health Solutions LLC, is located in Redondo Beach, California where he specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Corrective Exercise, and Functional Lab Testing with Nutritional focus.

Sam specializes in designing health programs for a variety of needs, including difficult cases, and is a published speaker and author. Sam's articles can be found amongst the pages of many online ezines, as well as print magazines such as Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Santa Barbara Fitness.

As an avid speaker, Sam speaks regularly at corporations such as
Mattel, Sony, Toyota, and Xerox on topics such as Overcoming Back and Neck Pain, Hormonal Fitness, Foundational Health Principles, and Building a Balanced Body. His popular DVD series, "End Your Back Pain Now!" uses a unique system that Sam has successfully implemented with hundreds of clients with chronic pain.
Dr. Robert Frost received degrees in Psychology, Biology, and Physics from the University of California at Santa Cruz. There he also studied dance and body awareness in action with John Graham. In 1970, he studied traditional kinesiology with Andre Bernard. Three years of training with Patrick Mcdonald in London qualified him as a teacher of Alexander Technique. Eight years of practical in a medical clinic in Basel, Switzerland gave him an excellent opportunity to do extensive research using various healing methods with medical patients. To increase his professional effectiveness, he returned to London for 250 hours of training in Neuro Linguistic Programming with Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts, and others. His published works include his ground-breaking scientific research on gemstones, quartz crystals (1989) and woods (1994) and their effects upon human neurological functioning. In 1991 he received his doctorate in Psychology from City University, Los Angeles for his combined studies in psychology and kinesiology. In 1998 he joined, studied with, and is creating courses combining psychology and AK for the ICAK-D (International College of Applied Kinesiology).

Dr. Frost now resides in Gardnerville, NV. Throughout all of his work runs the same theme: to enable people to achieve fulfilling relationships, health, success, and happiness.
